Job Summary
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Manager with strong business vision, leadership skills, and the ability to drive the company’s sustainable growth. This role is responsible for designing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals, leading the sales team to ensure target achievement and market expansion.
Technical Profile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and at least 1 year as a Sales Manager (preferably in the telematics and/or logistics industry)
• Availability to trave
• Languages: Advanced conversational English
• Location: Hermosillo, Sonora (On-site)

• Development and implementation of commercial strategies and business plans.
• Market analysis and evaluation of growth opportunities.
• Preparation of reports, sales projections, and revenue forecasts.
• Desirable: Knowledge of transportation technologies and telematics solutions.

Job Responsibilities
• Design and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Define and distribute sales targets, ensuring achievement through effective team leadership.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement business plans and positioning strategies.
• Identify and attract new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor and optimize sales team performance through key metrics and indicators.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
