About the Role
As Regional VP of USA Sales, you will lead Didcom’s market entry, structure the commercial operation from scratch, and drive growth in sectors like transportation, logistics, mobility, and OEM integration. This is not a traditional sales role — you will design the strategy, establish partnerships, open sales channels, and represent Didcom in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value commercial opportunities.
- Build and manage sales channels (integrators, distributors, OEMs).
- Represent Didcom at trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings.
- Adapt or create commercial, legal, and operational processes for the local market.
- Collaborate with HQ in Mexico
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in business development or consultative sales in technology (IoT, SaaS, telematics, mobility).
- Proven experience in market entry, channel development, and closing strategic accounts.
- Experience interacting with OEMs, integrators, and the public sector.
- Hands-on, resilient, and results-driven; comfortable in unstructured environments.
